OUR PROCESS
Discovery Call (10–15 min)
Discuss current lawn condition, service frequency (weekly/biweekly), add-ons (fertilization, irrigation), sustainability preferences.
01On-Site Assessment
Walk property, note grass type, thatch, compaction, weeds/disease, sun/shade, irrigation coverage, edges/obstacles, access gates/pets.
02Customized Pan
Written proposal: scope, visit cadence, seasonal treatments, pricing, start date, terms, sustainability practices.
03Pre-Service Prep
Create property map (no-mow zones, beds), note hazards, schedule first visit (baseline clean-up if needed), stage materials (mulch, fertilizer).
04Service / Clean-Up
Reset lawn to standard. Mow to correct height for grass type, edge/trim, remove debris, light dethatch if needed, prune small shrubs, bed edging, mulch touch-ups.
05Health Treatments
Build turf health. Soil test results → pH correction (lime/sulfur), fertilization program, pre/post-emergent weed control, spot disease/pest treatment, aeration/overseeding (seasonal).
06Recurring Maintenance
Weekly during peak growth; biweekly off-season (climate dependent). Each visit mow, edge, trim, blow hard surfaces, quick weed pull in beds, visual irrigation check, note issues.
07Quality Assurance
Proactive communication. Monthly QA walk (or photo audit), turf health score, irrigation efficiency notes, recommendations.
